In the case of professionals, we recommend that you contact us to negotiate commercial conditions.

These general conditions and terms of sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders placed on shop.artesacris.com between consumers of the online store Paramentaria de Fátima – Artesacris (shop.artesacris.com) and Artesacris.

The "Consumer" must provide us with a valid e-mail address, or data relating to another form of contact, which are correct and complete, accepting that we can contact you using this data, if necessary.

RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER OR CANCEL THE PURCHASE

* The product is no longer available/in stock (payments will be refunded);

* The order is flagged by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;

* The transfer for payment of the order was not received by us within 7 working days after validating your order;

* If we think you are under 16 years old;

* If we think you are a reseller;

* There is an error in the price quote;

* Unable to deliver to the address provided.


DATA VERIFICATION

After receiving the order, we can carry out some checks on it before validating it. These checks may include address, credibility and fraud check. Regarding fraud checking, we perform partially automated checks on all orders to filter out transactions that are unusual, suspicious or identified as susceptible to fraud. Suspected fraud will be investigated and, if necessary, prosecuted. By confirming your order, you agree to these conditions.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

All orders placed on our platform are paid in advance, by ATM or bank transfer. Please do not attempt to pay by any other means than specified. If you do so, we cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Articles from Paramentaria de Fátima – Artesacris are sent to the customer in their own packaging, so as not to be damaged.


Items can be exchanged or returned within 15 days, as long as they are in their original condition. The original packaging must not have been opened and must be in perfect condition.

Items for exchange or return must be returned by registered mail in a dedicated box (we suggest that you reuse the same box in which you received the items), always accompanied by the corresponding invoice.

For returns, Paramentaria de Fátima - Artesacris will reimburse the customer for the value of the items, excluding shipping costs. You must provide us with your NIB for reimbursement.

In exchanges, shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

The customer can always choose to return or exchange an item purchased online, at the Paramentaria Artesacris store, in Fátima.


RETURN A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

 

When opening the packaging and finding that an item is damaged or defective (missing a part), the customer must contact us by email or telephone. Whenever possible, we will send the missing or defective part directly to the customer, providing proof, which must be sent via email.

If this is not possible, the customer must return the damaged/defective item, always in the original packaging and inside a sturdy box (which could be the shipping box), by registered mail.

If there is an equal item (or similar, with the customer's consent), it will be sent at no additional cost. If the same item is not available, a refund will be made for the value of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.


PRICE AND EXPIRY DATE

The prices indicated on each product are values including VAT, it is only necessary to add shipping costs, which are calculated automatically, according to each destination. The prices and conditions indicated are those valid at that time, and are only valid for the duration of the session. In the order confirmation information, before the buyer accepts the transaction, the prices of each of the selected items and the shipping costs applicable to that purchase are clearly specified, as well as any promotions or discounts that are also applicable.

As you can see, when the customer completes an order, they will receive a document in their email address that indicates the product(s) chosen and the respective total cost of the order. You will receive a legal sales document with your order.

These prices are only valid in the online store and may therefore vary from those charged in the establishment.
